Bethany is married to her best friend Adam Barkey and homeschooling their two children. Bethany was diagnosed with Systemic Nickel Allergy Syndrome January 2022. As an artist and graphic designer she discovered cameras, computers, paint brushes were all hidden sources of her nickel exposure. As well as her favorite foods like chocolate, coffee, salads, nuts, chickpeas.
