I am a 57 year old father of 4..2 boys...2 girls
I came to USA in 1989 as a 21 year old with $600 in my pocket,started work in construction business as I had worked in that business most of my life prior to coming to USA and progressed up the ladder to owning my own construction company and starting developing.
Through the years I worked throughout the USA doing projects all ove,to the pint by 2007 I had acquired properties where I had intended to develop at cost f close to $20 million upon completion when I had a construction accident on one of properties I was developing resulting in my being airlifted to nearest trauma center and placed in induced coma for 5 days and then operated on to rehab multiple bone fractures throughout my body including fractured vertebrae in spine.
after surgery I felt great and was back up and about on my construction sites within 3 wees,not bad after falling over 40 ft but by 4th wee I was struggling to breathe and upon presenting at ER of trauma center it was found that spinal hardware inserted in spine had loosened and I needed to have revision surgery where upon awakening after this revision surgery,I was never so sic in my life.
Now,this is coming from a man that while fit as a fiddle as young man,that was a national champion at trac events,represented my country and had received scholarship offers to USA as a 17 year old but even by then had been through the wars ,as by 14 I had experienced my first near death accident by being crushed under tractor in agricultural accident,then at 16 flatlined after adverse reaction to anesthetic,administered during procedure where metal pins were inserted into my fingers that were badly fractured during incident on way to secondary school better known as High school here in US and not 6 months later had spent over 8 days in a coma after catching bacterial meningitis while abroad representing my country at track and field event and while I came through this experience 2 people admitted same night with the same strain of meningitis unfortunately did not live to tell their tale.
Also due to a hectic lifestyle and love of fast cars I had few close experiences where the poor cars were write offs I was fortunate enough to come through them experiences which stood to me after my 2nd surgery as I started a 18 year ,and continuing ,life of hell on earth.
During this podcast I will share that story as I was dismissed by DRS from day 1,being dismissed as a lunatic,interned in psych centers,diagnosed with over 50 ailments while trying to get medical community and system to believe my claims that all my ailments were originating from the medical devices implanted in 2007,which was confirmed when after many years of trying to get my post op report from 2007,I finally received full report in January 2025 and after identifying all implants and doing research on FDA, MAUDE site,I saw thousands of reported adverse reactions reported to all 3 implants,one of which was voluntarily recalled by manufacturer in 2019,3 years before I had that implant removed,1 of which was subject to Senate hearings in 2012,where it was found that manufacturer basically paid DRs exorbitant sums of money to author sewered and misleading studies to get implant through approval process,resulting in DOJ and 7 different state AGs to bring civil case of fraud against manufacturer,resulting in huge fines being paid by manufacturer,all while denying any wrongdoing,and after removal of spine hardware in 2023 which was then sent for forensic analysis as part of EXPLANT study was found to have bent,corroded releasing metal ions throughout the body and also containing trace amounts of Nickel,which I had long sispected,but which manufacturer MDS and reps denied.
while 95% of diagnosed conditions have resolved,through little or no help from medical community bar Surgeons that removed 2 of the implants and for which I will be eternally grateful to,I still can not medical care team or present care center,which happens to be one of best in USA,if not globe to accept or acknowledge that the medical implants were cause of all ,despite presenting warning labels attached to devices ,which clearly acknowledge that in rare circumstances the products in question can failand in such cases will result in all issues I was diagnosed with,FDA MAUDE reports related to all 3 devices along with the detailed forensic autopsy report on spinal hardware clearly showing the corrosion and fretting along with presence of nickel which I have diagnosed allergy to after metal patch testing and blood tests,nor can I get them to acknowledge my condition regressed hugely after administration of a Gadolinium based IV contrast administered during MR iprocedure despite I reporting at time,and prior occasions that It burnt,akin acid burn, as it coursed through my veins and deeply affecting bodies soft tissues and exaggerating greatly issues with my teeth and mouth bone structure ,where now my bones in mouth have lost all structure and are pure mush and collapsed so it is for these reasons I have decided to share my story in a last effort to get the urgent medical care I so desperately need to extend my stay on this planet as I feel I have so much living to do along with so much love to give while reindling my relationship with my 4 beloved children who I lost for many years along with reestablishing my good name and reputation taken from me by actions of DRs and Hospitals that through ignorance and downright cases of white wall of silence,along with actions of member of my Catholic faith,who I turned to for help but done everything in his power to discredit me and members of my community who were cause of my delayed diagnosis and the Irish sporting organization that have millions of members worldwide who in NY ,again took actions that delayed my proper diagnosis after exposing corruption within the governing board,so my story is fascinating and every single claim and tale told can be validated through documentation,all from accredited sources lie government websites,manufacturer acknowledgements,reputable medical journal patient case reports,Forensic and clinical tests,Expert DRs in the field of Heavy metal toxicity and medical devices along with personal emails sent to all referenced organisations ,as I make last ditch desperate attempt to save my life due to chronic soft tissue and bone loss issues and if that does not happen at least by telling my story I feel I will help,in some way ,the so many other patients that have to endure this nightmare and give inspiration that no matter how hopeless the future looks.one has to keep fighting and live by the motto of a great Irish man who lived and attended my same HS when he undertook his own great sacrifice to fight injustices he saw committed against the people he loved when he stated..IT is not those that inflict the most..but those that endure the most..will conquer..a statement proved correct a few years after he stating..so again..it is for that reason I want to share my story and while telling share some laughter and possibly a few tears
